I apologize if this is on VJ already, I've looked and can't find an answer.

I am filling out the I129F for my wife and 2 children for a K3. (I know about the change in procedure.) I have already filed the I130 for my wife.

Question 11 of I129F asks:

"Have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiance or husband/wife before? Yes or No."

So because I have previously filed the I130 for my wife is this yes or this no?

Thanks.

You answered your own question quite clearly. Read carefully, interpret literally and answer accurately.

I am still unsure, I guess you understood my post better than I did. :) Can you clarify what you think... is it yes or no? I've read both answers on different posts/forums.

Thanks.

Read the question on the form carefully. Here is what you wrote. It is the answer. "I have already filed the I130 for my wife." If you can't determine whether that equals yes or no, you should probably seek professional assistance. The ability to read carefully, interpret literally and answer accurately is critical to your success. Without that ability, you'll make a lot of mistakes you didn't know to ask about.
