I had 2 touches but nothing else... Looks like I am going to not be going to school this fall :(

yes keep hope alive you can always register late....

We are STILL waiting for our GC :( Im giving them until 7/26 which will make 4 months for us and then Im calling. Don't really need the GC right now but i want to the rewards of my 1010.00 !!!!

I think I may draft up a complaint or contact the Ombudsman about this if it goes past September... The hubby and I always said we wanted to adopt from abroad later in life, but after dealing with the USCIS and the problems they have thrown at us its really making me think twice. Anyone else going to complain if it goes past a certain date?

12/31/2009 - Married

01/08/2010- Mailed in AOS

01/13/2010- AOS received and sent back due to missing signature

01/22/2010- AOS arrives back at my house, signed, sent off again

01/27/2010- Receipt number given, huzzahhh! NOA1

01/29/2010- Money taken out :'(

02/02/2010- Touch

02/06/2010- Biometrics Appointment, 16th Feb at 2:00pm .... Also happens to be my 21st Birthday!!

02/07/2010- Sent in Medical to Chicago office

02/09/2010- Got a RFE for medical.....Sent reply letter 2 days earlier due to forgetting to include vaccination data.

02/10/2010- Sent a 2nd copy of medical to MO office.

02/16/2010- 21st birthday, Biometrics done, and a letter saying my case is on "hold" from the 7th of Feb, in a email...

Im going to complain in August if my status has not changed. I called the CSC and I was told it could take 180 days from the time we got our transfer notice for update/approval of our AOS application. Once August is here it will be 180 days. Its frustraiting having to wait this long, but I have done all that I can do right now. Waiting just under a month is nothing in compairson to the time we have waited so far.

Back from the Infopass appointment...What a wasted appointment. Spent 2 hours driving there, got told my case has been transferred from the CSC to West Palm on the 7th... The lady was really confused why they sent my K1 AOS case there in the first place, she said normally they go straight to West Palm?? So not much acheived. Hopefully I will hear something in 30 days...

So...Another waiting game begins.

Keep hope alive you guys! Our GC hadn't been touched since 5/12. Finally a touch this morning so I have a feeling GC is coming this week! (hope so) I know several in the yardie forum who stated they got no kind of notice. It just showed up in the mail. So please keep the faith. We finally will get the rewards of our 1010! :)
