My fiance's appointment in manila is June 28th at 7 am. i will attend with her and i hope she can return to the US with me after the visa is approved. i noticed that if i want to pick the visa up from the embassy i have to fill out a request letter, can anyone give me an example of what is in this letter or how it should be formatted.

I have not seen any example letters on VJ?

Don’t forget after the visa approval your SO will need CFO before she can exit the PI.

you dont't have to make a letter of request if you are attending also in her interview,, you could show a plane ticket of both of you as proof that you two are flying back together to USA so the consul will attach a small note on her files "expedite visa",,this is what we do to mine before after 2 days of my interview they call to pick up my visa.

Hi. My husband and I attended the interview, after the interview my husband said we will be requesting for visa pic-up since we are staying in a hotel near by. The consul put a pink card that said visa pick-up, then after the interview we waitied for a while and was called again (window Y) and was ask to provide my cell number , then after 2 days they called me and said it's ready for picked-up,after we picked it up we went straight to CFO for the sticker and we were able to fly back together which is really good, you have someone to talk to on a long flight:dance:
