hello to all.I am in the f4 category.my PD is January 28 2000.case was approved in january 2009 IV fee bill paid in january 2010.my son whose birthdate is October 22 1987 was not included in the IV fee bill at the time.now in June NVC sent an email to us that we should send in IV fee bill for my son and DS-230 and that case wont move forward untill we do so.I do not want to risk it because he was 21 years and 3 months when case was approvedo you think its worth the risk of paying iv fee bill for him.i am anxiosly awaing your response
