According to the I-130 instructions, you only need one for your wife as it's called out explicitly for spouses along with a number of other documents where as for children it only asks for birth certificates and nothing else.

Your best bet would be to call USCIS, and from their webpage (https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices) I found this "call for help" statement with a phone number:

"We also provide nationwide information and customer service by phone at 1.800.375.5283"

Hope this helps!

Mike

I'm filing an I-130 for my wife and 2 kids. I understand that we need a G-325A for my Wife and I for her I-130. Do I need to fill out G-325A for my kids I-130's too? The guide on this site didn't mention them, so I just wanted to make sure.

To a better understand your question specially for your kids can you explained in a bit more, like age, are you the father? USC,

The reason I am asking you this, if your children are under 18 years old and you have your baby from the same spouse that your petitioning. You need to talk to the embassy which is US embassy were you kids and a wife live possibly your children to become a US citizen and perhaps to receive a US passport, so you need to check on with the embassy and according your status child’s claim to U.S. citizenship at birth and US citizen (been U.S. citizen parent).

So you need to know if you can report your children born from you, and they have to be under 18 years old in order to pass as citizenship to them.

bodiboom1628 you sad " Do I need to fill out G-325A for my kids I-130's too?" if they are your kids read this

The birth of a child abroad to U.S. citizen parent(s) should be reported as soon as possible to the nearest American consular office for the purpose of establishing an official record of the child’s claim to U.S. citizenship at birth. The official record is in the form of a Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America. This document, referred to as the Consular Report of Birth or FS-240, is considered a basic United States citizenship document. An original FS-240 is furnished to the parent(s) at the time the registration is approved.

Read the link >>> REPORTING THE BIRTH

A Consular Report of Birth can be prepared only at an American consular office overseas while the child is under the age of 18. Usually, in order to establish the child’s citizenship under the appropriate provisions of U.S. law, the following documents must be submitted:

(1) an official record of the child’s foreign birth;

(2) evidence of the parent(s)’ U.S. citizenship (e.g., a certified birth certificate, current U.S.

passport, or Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship);

(3) evidence of the parents’ marriage, if applicable; and

(4) affidavits of parent(s)’ residence and physical presence in the United States.
