nvc have no record of my case

hi everyone,

i got case approvel noa2 by mail saying ur case has been approved and has been sent to nvc.

notice date 6april, 2010

but nvc have no record of my case till today.

my priority date is december 2007 that is current from june 2010

because my noa2 says wait till 90 days before contacting to nvc. if i call them to ask about my case they just wash there hands saying u gota wait 90 days and then u can make an inquiry. uscis says the same thing wait90 days

any help please thanks in advance

Same thing happened with us. Best to contact your Senator's office. There should be one person at the office who assists constituents with immigration issues. They will send you a form that you have to sign which will allow them to represent you. They will call USCIS or NVC on your behalf to enquire about the status of your application.

inquiry and the attached I-797 Notice of Action - Approval Notice.

Unfortunately, we do not have record of receiving your approved

petition. The NVC will contact U.S. Citizenship Immigration Service

(USCIS), on your behalf, for information on the location of this

petition.

why the heck they have my petition at los angles field office and uscis insist that i have to wait 90 days even i talk to some next level person who was rude and nonsense wait 120 days not 90 days.

what a **** first world service center
