PAKISTAN DCF?ADVICE PLEASE!

Hello everyone-

Ok...married in 2006 in pakistan...lived together for 11 months then,I (american wife- husband pakistani national) returned to usa for nearly 3 years and lived alone. I recently (september 2009) returned to Karachi and intend to stay with my husband until he can go with me to the states.

question: I'm not sure if I need to file the K-3, IR-1 or CR-1

also the reason for my return to usa was to find a sponsor for my husband (I am disabled and do not meet the income requirements so a co-sponsor is required) I STILL do not have a co-sponsor...does anyone have any advice? Like is it possible to bring him without a cosponsor at all?

We will be living with my mother for awhile- what will I need to have to prove my residency in usa?

Can direct filing at the embassy in Islamabad work or do I AGAIN need to return to usa alone?? Also,can anyone tell me what the average processing time is and kinda what to expect- cuz I'm a real moron -seriously

This is very confusing and for obvious reasons, I can not hire an attorney for assistance, so I'm doing everything myself took me 3 years to figure out the K-3 now...here I go again We have been married for 4 years, next month, so I'm feeling pretty sure the CR-1 is out now...also, IR-1 is valid for 10 years??? Is THIS his LPR? (green card) so, after the IR-1 he will be fine for 10 years...IF I read that correctly...

ANY advice is welcome and extremely appreciated!
