I'm almost ready to mail in my K-1 packet to Nebraska. I didn't know that it would take this long to fill everything out and making sure everything was anwser correctly.

I just want to know if I have all the forms and documents.

I-129F form

I-129F attachment

G-325A for me and fiance

G-325A for fiance

Birth Certificate for me

Letter of intent for me and fiance

Proof of relationship ( should I seperate it into two groups- proof of ongoing relationship and meeting within the last two years or in one big group? )

Also I'm considering another part-time job. So hypothetically, if I have already mailed in my K-1 packet, will it matter or should I file another form to tell USCIS.

Thanks for any suggestions and replies to help.

As far as your PT job possibility.... no need to include it or follow up. You'll have a chance to put that all together on the I-134 when it's time for packet 3....

And you don't need proof of on-going relationship at this stage....

Hope this helps,

Jen

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.
