I-864A - I am a homemaker

Hello!

This is our situation:

My mother lives with me and my family in U.S. (husband and children). She does not work and I am a full time mom. My husband is a professional and makes a good income we file joint tax returns(about 250k) .

My question is how do I say in the application that I am a home maker ?? Should I mark as unemployed??? where should I write that I am a homemaker and my husband and I file jointly??

Is it just easier to have my husband to file a separate I-864 form?? Can I do that?

another question: actualy my mother (petitioner) is retired and have income abroad. Should I mention it?
