I'm a us citizen, born in the philippines. I'm currently staying here in the philippines with my wife. We both are living in my aunt's home. We've been living there for almost 6 months now. I'm going to start filing the i-130 soon, but i'm confused when it comes to the address portions. Since i'm currently here in the philippines, when I file "B. INFORMATION ABOUT YOU question number 2 ADDRESS" do I put my address in the states, or the address of my aunt? Same goes for my wife, do I put for her address my aunts address since she is living with me, or do I put the address she used to live before i stayed here? ALso for question 19, RELATIVES ADDRESS ABROAD, would that be my aunts address again? I want to fill this form out perfect since this process will take some time, i cant afford delays. Anyone with experience please help me out, thank you.

There is a USCIS office here in manila, so I can directly file my petition here.

Put all the addresses you have lived for more than 6 months. You can put u and ur aunt's addresses here and abroad.

Petition should be filed here in the US not in the Philippines.

This is not correct. If he has been living in the PI for six months or more, he can file the petition directly at the Consulate in Manila. G325a address information is to be complete for the most recent 5 years, regardless of how long at a given address but certainly not all addresses for more than six months.

Later, the foreign spouse will provide a visa application that indicates all cities, States (if applicable) and Countries lived in for more than six months since age 16 but that is a separate issue.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

I so need help - it sorta depends on what yer doing with the I-130, ya ?

If you are filing the I-130 to US Embassy/Manila - you need to put addresses in the PI and USA - as you are returning to USA to re-establish domicile, both on the I-130 and G-325A

If you are filing the I-130 to the lockbox in Chicago - use yer USA-domicile address.

Good Luck !

*** moving to DCF forum, as this topic has absolutely nothing to do with a K-3 visa ***
