We received our approval on May 19th & as of today still have not received our hard copy. Has this happened to anyone else? Today after waiting our 30 days we called UCSIC & they want $340 to give us a copy! Seriously?

Anyways...I know I need the NOA2 for AOS, but what about my medical in Toronto? Will I be able to use our NVC hardcopy?

Did you keep a copy of your P3? What the medical office wants to see if something from Montreal with your Montreal case number on it, which proves you are waiting on an interview date. There's no need to bring your NOA2.

I can't believe they would charge you that much for a copy, how ridiculous!

OH OH! I do have all of my P3 except for my checklist, which I checked & sent back. That was the only piece that had my MTL case # on it. I photocopied absolutely everything but that!

I know they've changed the packets since I had one, so this may be different now, but I brought the cover page of the packet- it had my name, case number, and some other information. It was just an introduction letter saying what the packet is, what to do with it, etc.

I have just submitted my package for AOS and I needed to submit a copy of my NOA2, so you will need it down the road. You may want to call USCIS back and try speaking with a supervisor to see if you can have another one sent.....without paying $340. It may not get you anywhere, but is worth a try!
