Ok.. so I got a text from USCIS that our status has been updated.. I looked and the "post decision activity" is the dark circle.. and under it it says "Post-Decision Activity

On June 17, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

We didn't have the interview yet.. so I am confused... Please help!

No you will not be getting an interview notice. What that means is that your petition has been approved. It will now go to the NVC where they will do additional processing, after about a week or two it will be sent to the UK embassy.

Not sure if you are the petitioner or beneficiary, that would help in explaining the next step.

3-12-2010 - Formal Engagement in Ochee

4-20-2010 - Recieved NOA2 (no previous touches)

4-22-2010 - NVC Recieved my Petition, Assigned New Case#

4-23-2010 - Case leaving NVC (have DHL tracking# so I can follow case to Kingston)

4-23-2010 - Recieved NOA2 (hard copy) in the mail

4-26-2010 - Kingston Embassy Recieved Petition (signed by Mr. Morgan)

4-25-2010 - visiting for 5 days

4-30-2010 - Kingston Embassy mailed out Packet# 3

5-3-2010 - E-Mailed Kingston Embassy DS-230

5-4-2010 - Embassy e-mailed interview date

5-26-2010 - Medical

6-6-2010 - Flying down for interview

6-8-2010 - INTERVIEW...APPROVED!!!!

6-23-2010 - VISA RECIEVED!!!

6-27-2010 - Flying down to Jamaica

06-30-2010 - POE (JFK)

09-25-2010 - WEDDING!!!

I am the US citizen, my fiance is from England. We went through Vermont service center. We were shocked to get this today, we weren't expecting it for at least another month! Pleasantly surprised!! He comes here in a week for a visit! Time to start preparing for the next round I guess!! Any helpful info would be much appreciated!
