Oh...and on the AOS fee bill. When you down load the form, the barcode is on page 2. Is it ok just to move it up, under the address on page 1?

When you email the choice of agent request, you don't attach the DS 3032 form. You can just simply email NVC with a request to appoint the person as your choice of agent. One thing: The beneficiary (The FOreign Alien Spouse) must send the email.

I, myself mailed the AOS fee bill and barcode that I received from NVC. So I don't know how to answer your question about AOS Fee Bill issue. But we did took care of the choice of agent by email (a really time saver).

no you dont move anything. you download it and it should be just right. so try downloading it again. i am assuming you are using the james shortcuts right?

Thanks, I eventually came across someones signature/timeline that stated they had sent payment to St. Louis. I got confused because the...oh, I'm forgetting now....but one of the first things you send in goes to a different place.

You send AOS Fee Bill and IV Fee Bill to the Department of State's St Louis address. You send I-864, DS 230 packet, Choice of agent form (if you take care of choice of agent by email, then you don't need to send the DS 3032 form) to NVC's NH address.
