Hello,

I live here in the US since 99 coming from Gemany on H 1/b1 to e 2 visas ( still on E 2 ) now I am getting married to US citizen on the 4 th of July ( god bless america ) I have also children born in Germany and they are with me.

so they need different visas too .

I wouls like to find out how to , I was told a simple adjustment of status would be ok any help
