Well . . i got a really wonderful news from my almost husband :D

We get our Noa2!! . . i feel happy but . . surprise . . i cant believe it yet . . i saw a lot of people waiting their Noa2 still . .5 months , 4months . . we apply in April 21 and days a go i post here because i was worried of when im going to get it . .

People said "when you get the Noa2 , all is faster from there" . . is this true in my case? . . .im going to wait more for the interview? . . :crying:

This is stressful!!! :crying: now i dont know if we are going to wait more . .

Somebody in my case? :bonk:

6-8-2010 - INTERVIEW...APPROVED!!!!

6-23-2010 - VISA RECIEVED!!!

6-27-2010 - Flying down to Jamaica

06-30-2010 - POE (JFK)

09-25-2010 - WEDDING!!!

I got NOA2 in 76 days which was also really fast. After that, it took another 2 something months before I could call the Consulate to schedule the interview, but I took my time in sending packet 3 back- and it depends on the consulate really. Also, I sent packet 3 just before the Christmas holidays so it may have been slower, which was ok for us because we were not planning on me getting here before February anyways.

I don't know about your consulate but after I sent packet 3, they emailed me that they had received it saying to call and schedule the interview and medical. I called in mid January and the first appointment they had was Feb 3rd.

Do you mean lately the USCIS has been approving petitions in 2 months or are you saying it's been taking 2 months after the petition is approved until the interview date?

05/14/2010 - Got engaged!

05/26/2010 - Sent I-129F

06/02/2010 - NOA1 Date/Check cashed
