There are no irregularities. The USCIS simply made a mistake and sent a 10 year card instead of a 2 year card. Or they may have some secret regulation that allows them to issue those cards despite the marriage being less than 2 years old. I just would like to be sure that if they reject my I 751, they will not hold their own mistakes against me in the future, which they are famous for.

And surprisingly, this happens quite often judging by what I have seen

In the various places you've posted this qn someone linked an old thread to an old topic in another website that stated it IS going to be a problem and THEY WILL hold it against YOU. In the case I read, the person applied for citizenship and was denied based on them never having applied to remove conditions. They HAD sent the stuff off though (from what I remember) and it was returned to them.

Call USCIS or make an INFOPASS appointment. I wouldn't let this slide.
