For embassies that have document processing, where the documents have to be sent in with the DS230, is it safe to assume that these documents will not then be requested at the interview?

I had to send in all my civil docs/pics with my DS-230. But I also have originals ready for my interview on 7/19 just in case something goes missing during the transit from NVC to US Embassy. To add to that the Embassy in Kingston Jamaica is now requiring police records dated June 14, 2010 or later. That will now require me to go back to Kingston to get that done so that it is available before my July 19 interview date even though the one I submitted was dated 4/22/10

Good luck

We don't need a police record because the beneficiaries are children. But I sent in the marriage certificate and the original birth certificates. Their mother should have other birth certificates, I believe. But I don't have more originals of the marriage certificate.
