Got a reply to the email I sent to the consulate and they have received our petition on 8/5/06 :) i dont think it will be long now. i sent all the documents samir will need from me via DHL (costed me 140 dollars) and they will be there saturday. samir is ging to pick up his packet and go by DHL and pick up my documents and them schedule his physical. after all the waiting things are finally going our way :)

3/24/11 Received 10 year Green Card in the mail - Done. Feels good :-) 'till we do this again for US Citizenship.

12/5/11 mailed packet for Naturalization

12/9/11 was received by USCIS.

4/6/12 received letter for fingerprint appn.

4/23/12 9am fingerprint appointment - done :-)

4/30/12 Recieved Letter for Interview - Sche. 5/31

5/31/12 Interview & Testing

5/31/12 Testing Approved - Waiting for next step

6/21/12 Rcvd email, placed application in the oath sched. que :-)

6/25/12 Rcvd letter - Oath Ceremony is on 7/11/12 @ 9:15am :-)

Congrats Samir_Shannon. Amed was here a month after Algiers got his petition. Hopefully they'll keep things moving!

July 31, 2006 - APPROVED

August 5, 2006 Physical NOA2

August 15, 2006 NVC Received and Sent

August 22, 2006 AIT sent Packet 3

thanks for the congrats :) jamie i am praying for ya girl :thumbs: i hope we have some good news from you soon. samir went to setif today and got his military examption certificate so thank God cos without that he couldnt leave. i will keep everyone posted. :dance:
