Hi all! It's been a long time since I have posted (probably because the hard stuff is done for another 18 months!), but I want to clarify a question:

My Aussie husband (who is a Conditional Perm. resident in the U.S until Oct 2011) and I are traveling back there to visit family for a bit. I know I need a visa since I am a citizen of U.S, but does he? It sounds like an obvious "no, duh!" question lol, but I want to cover all of my bases.

Thanks as always,

Hed

Unless you've done something to make you ineligible, you DON'T need a visa you can just sign up for ETA here: http://www.eta.immi.gov.au/ . Used to be you could just rock up at the airport to "sign up" there but now you need to register online. If you're not sure if you're eligible, just try it and see what happens. Good luck :)
