Very true...how about the other interviews you had lined up? Was this the first one you went on? Good luck you will have a job before you know it.

Second interview I had went well, they are closed for two weeks and then back for a week so will call me in 3 weeks for a working interview...have another interview on Tuesday and another office is calling me back next week to schedule an interview....

Hey does anyone know I am using my dad as my joint sponsor but we have the same address he lives in his own house upstairs and I live downstairs do you think that will be a problem?

Just make sure you put Apart A and B because if not I think they will say you were in the same household and you would have to be put as living there also because it goes by the household size

Also if I order taxs transcripts do you know if that is good enough?

Hey does anyone know I am using my dad as my joint sponsor but we have the same address he lives in his own house upstairs and I live downstairs do you think that will be a problem?

This was exactly my situation and we had no problem at all. He just needs to count himself, who he lives with or more accurately depends on him (tax return dependents, if any) and your fiance. Let me know if you have any more questions, but I wanted to put your mind at ease. You have been through enough already. I still can't believe what is going on down there.

Hey everyone!!

***Should have read all the way to the end before posting. Just to clarify. Apt# doesn't matter. You could all live in a studio. It just goes by who is dependent on your dad, which like I said goes by who he claims as dependents on his tax return. Same for you. You just put you and your fiance, unless you have any kids. You don't need to put your dad just because he is under the same roof. Same goes for him and anyone else living indpendently in the house.

I wouldn't worry about them saying you are a combined household. Because you are joint sponsors ANYWAY, so you have to earn enough COMBINED to support everyone in both households. In fact, it would be BETTER if he lived in the same household with you as the requirements would be satisfied more easily.

Ie,two people must make $15,150 but 4 people must make $23,000 if they live in the same household. SO basically, $7000 LESS that if were two seperate households ($15,000 + $15,000).

You're welcome Bajan!

Den's..my favorite "cute sayings" gyal!! It's hot as you know what down here. It was 102 the other day. It was too hot to even be in the pool. Hubby says he wants to go cool off in JA. I tried telling him that was more south so had to be hotter, but he's right there is a good ocean breeze, atleast in MoBay, where he was, so it cooled it down a bit. How are you and my favorite gold suit wearing man? I saw he is making musical contacts. That's great!! My question though is: Do you think he will want to continue to play in a gold suit?

We're doing real good. Just waiting to get his GC and get on with the next phase of our lives. As for him and that suit...he better not, I repeat, better not even think of wearing anything in the gold color to perform anywhere ever again.
