Thank You well I figure they look our K1 info right there and decide so it should be the same.

Ok thanks you have me laughing right now I'm sorry I am such a pain in the you know what I just miss mu man like crazy.

You aren't a pain sis, this is what the site is for to help one another. I can remember all too clearly being stressed during this process and the ladies keeping me calm. I have to laugh, cause I forget who pissed me off, but I vowed never to come back to this site again LOL then others told me to calm down and when I did, I could see clearly. This site has done wonders for me and I appreciate everything these ladies have taught me along the way :)

Banj, IMO, the Embassy will have to review and validate the documents that will be submitted with the I-864. Remember, when a CR1 is issued a visa, they are being issued a Green card aswell. The K1 is not issued a Green card until they have done AOS, therfore K1 visas are handle differently.

I understand that but then they should allow you to bring them before you have your interview. Do you have any clue how long it takes?

When you asked this same question last week, I suggested that you e-mail the Embassy and ask them the same question or ask if you could drop the documents off, so they would have time to review them.

The only thing I know for sure in this process is that the Embassy works on their timeframe, not on the requestor.

What gets me about Detroiters if you ask them, they will swear down that Detroit is the sh *t, lol, they have no perception of the outside world, like i actually had someone ask "Oh did you have much to do it london, it doesnt have much to do as Detroit, does it" I was flabbergasted Edited by MissusM09
