What is up? I misses you guys everytime I open up the page to work I get busy doing something else and with planning the wedding I always online looking for things I need.

Planning a wedding is just UUUUGGGGHHHHH!!! me alone planning this wedding and it only for thirty people imagine if I had 100 people. Well anyways I found my dress I am renting because her in th VI there is just not much choices . UUUGGGGHHHHH again,

JaEng- what hotel is that? It looks really nice! Speaking of hotels what do you all suggest to get the best price now that my husband is here. Before we would just walk in and they would give him the JA rate. Now I would rather not walk in and have everything set before going. Has anyone called and gotten the JA rate over the phone?

Hey 1Luv! So glad your morning sickness is over. I am so not looking forward to that. I'm a real estate broker and wanted to tell you that it really is a great time to buy. I just had a client buy a 3 bedroom house and she is paying $200 a month less than what she was paying to rent a 1 bedroom apt. I would suggest you ask around and see if anyone has had a realtor they know or like. If not then you are going to have to meet with some and see who you like. Either way you should get a buyer's agent. If it's the same there as here then that is the best way to go. With a buyer's agent they are just working on your behalf and best of all you don't pay them the seller does. If you were to just call and make appts through the realtor listing the house then they have the seller's best interest and don't care if you pay more or don't know everything about the house. The buyer's agent will be able to look at other houses sold and tell you honestly if you are getting a good deal. They know you are going to stick with them so they don't have to try to sell you on a certain house. They get paid no matter what house you pick, whereas if you go right to the person listing the house then they only get paid if you buy that house. If you have any questions feel free to email me. Things have been so hectic with work and all, but I still pop in from time to time.

My pregnancy is going great. No more morning sickness.

hubby and I decided we are going to need a bigger place so we are thinking of getting a house/townhouse. We dont know where to start

The money we spend to pay rent can pay for our mortgage and have $$ left over.

Bajan- I agree they do the K-1's right then and there so why would this be different. I thought someone recently had gone back for the second blue slip interview and they were able to get the approval and pay right then to have the visa delivered. Look under recent topics under this portal. I think someone just wrote a review of their blue slip interview.

I don't know who he is but he siad he is married and his mom filed for him and he went thru the JA embassy and he knew that he need a joint sponsor before he went in for his interview at the interview they took the I864 and told him when they review it they will notify him and it has been over a month now but that just doesn't sound right to me.

Hello everyone i know i have been MIA to a point just going through a lot car has died on me three time in 2 weeks so i am just frustrated .... Hopefully a plan is coming together to buy another car i cant take all the breaking down ... Yesterday on my way home from my bday dinner it just dies ..but i know it will all balance out as hubby says... CongratS to all those with good new glad our pregnant sistren are doing well.
