Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Jamaica
Timeline

I was just searching to see if Jamaicans need a visa to Mexico (have a wedding to go to) and found this list of all countries:

http://www.jamcopy.com/assets/files/AGM-pdf/Jamaica-Visa-Requirements.pdf

Thanks for posting this Sus! I was always looking for a list like this, but couldn't. I found some that were wrong, but this is great! So Mexico is OK for a Jamaican citizen? I thought it wasn't. We just went and leaving the US we had to show Vaughns greencard a million times, but that was just about him coming back into the US. When we got to Mexico we just gave his JA passport and greencard and there were no problems at all. I'm hoping maybe Jamaicans can go now. I'm distracted and tired so many I read this chart wrong. Either way thanks for posting and I hope DJ can go to the wedding with you.

Hey everyone!!

Hey everyone!!

From what that list says, it's ok for Jamaicans to go to Mexico without a visa - I also found another site that had a treaty between JA and Mexico stating the same -

It sounds easy in theory, but I have a good friend who is married to an illegal alien and mi noh envy her at all

Even if I could convince myself to go to that extreme, I could not live in constant fear of ICE. They just hired an attorney to file for them, and he is going to have to go back to Mexico, be denied for being in the country illegally and then apply for waiver...

no man, mi noh interested in that...

btw: I called the congressman's office again last Friday and was told since there is a waiver involved it could take up to 6 months... :puke:
