81-year old killed -- this is a DAMN disgrace -- waiting for my friends to call me back from Sav I may know her.

An 81-year-old woman was this morning shot and killed by unknown assailant's at her home in Bamboo district, Burnt Savannah, Westmoreland, Jamaica.

She has been identified as Enid Beckford.

About 3:05 a.m. residents reportedly heard explosions and summoned the police.

When they arrived on the scene, Ms. Beckford was found with what appeared to be several gunshot wounds. She was taken to the Savanna-la-mar Hospital where she died.

The Frome Police are investigating.

That is a disgrace no one should have to die like that.

Of course you know just about everyone on the island.

((((sticks tongue out at)))) dillon; no I don't know everyone, but I have a lot of family on the WestEnd never really cared for that side of the island, but when I had my son, that's where his father's side is from so I had to get use to it and I hope and pray it's not the lady I know, because she would be related to my son's father.

My friends backed him at a NY show just before Christmas, and I know he pulled some diva ish - But for $20, this show kicked azz - all his old tunes, and a solid performance -
