Right now I feel so disgusted I'm feeling like he is never going to get here.

Hang in there Bajan! I know the days are dragging and it's a shame he isn't already here, which makes the wait extra hard. For myself it was hard to imagine my husband actually being in my house, in my town, ect. So then with the added (and unnecessary) wait it must really seem like he just isn't ever coming. When is the next date 7/27?? Wish there was more I could say besides I feel for you.

Yeah but now I'm worried cause I just got my joint sponsor papers and she has everything in her maiden name but her passport is in her maried name.

Is her passport hyphenated? Could she include her marriage lic.? Can she make a copy of her license showing her picture with the different name so they can see the two names are just the result of a marriage? I think either or and a letter explaining would be OK. I know it's sooo stressful and you are trying to make sure there is not a 3rd interview, but I think you are good to go.

Send in a copy of her marriage license...you would have to do that anyways if you were using her birth certificate.

Yes it is hyphenated but on her taxes she files as single.

Ok everything she sent me says jones but her passport says jones-smith and her taxes she filed as single. I was just going to add her husband on the I864 as a member of the household. You think that will be ok?
