Matt I am a bit concerned about your wedding date I think it is cutting close to the ninety day mark? I just got five days before your POE date and I have until sept 23.

I actually preferred my c-section to normal childbirth....

I have one of each and I prefer NEITHER!!! LOL... I liked having a life inside of me but bwoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy when it came time to get them out :no:

Anyways what is going on my peeps?

We should be fine Sugarapple, I was concerned as well but as long as the marriage is within 90 days and it shows that on the marriage certificate you are OK, immigration law says married within 90 days. If I file the AOS 4 or 5 days after the ninty day mark Kaci will faLL OUT OF STATUS, however once we recieve the NOA1 she will be back in status. The law is married before the 90 day mark. We wont be coming in till the 30th, that means we will have till atleast the 27th to marry. From what I heard from others USCIS is pretty understanding with this as long as the marriage is within the 90 day mark and you file AOS within two weeks after the I-94 has expired.

By the way welcome back, you must be so happy to have your family coming together!

Went to the beach in Atlantic City. It was wonderful to sit and do nothing all day...I always manage to see someone I know. I saw Mo and Cory while I was there! What a coinecedence! :) It was a girls trip. My best friend, her step daughters, her granddaughter, me and my daughter. We had a blast! I am chocolately choco now! lol thats my new color...
