I feel sorry for you baille1022 and all others who have been waiting on line to join their loved ones.

I have been the most unfortunate person here in VJ. I have been waiting for my I-130 to approve since last 4 yrs. Yes, that's true. I am a LPR not a US citizen yet, but my priority date is already current still I haven't have an approval. You all know how I feel separating from my loved ones since last 4 yrs. Don't you? But I am still keeping my faith alive to the almighty god.

May2, I like your comment and suggestions. :)

Here's my time line :-

12/28/2006 - I-130 sent to Vermont Service Center

01/03/07 – I-130 Received by USCIS

11/18/2009 - Case transferred to Nebraska Service Center

01/22/2010 - Case transferred to Texas Service Center

still no decision :(

Please pray for me Dear VJS.

Hello Malvika, thank you for your response. Awwww I am really sad to hear about your case it is too long to wait..OMG..I really can't handle it that kind of situation. But I am proud of you because you are so brave and you never lose hope. I want to salute because you are a brave man who fighting for that. I will pray for you my dear friend that soon you will be approve also. Always keep praying because God love us..my friend I know this time your case will be done quickly. God Bless you and your love ones...

Hang in there and your case will be processed and then on to the NVC.. If you haven't started gathering your INFO for that.. Now is a good a time as any to get those documents ready

That Includes Your USC getting his I864(affidavit of support ready and the applicant getting your Documents in order for the NVC part of the Journey , Gathering Phone logs, Emails, Financial sharing documents ( like money transfer and or shared bank statements showing co mingling of finances. Also need to do a CFO seminar so you don't have to wait for that later

It is hard being away . I have been away from my wife since May 2009 and I miss her and my Stepson a lot. Thank God for YM We talk everyday and See each other.. So hang in there and you will be together soon.

If your husband needs someone to talk to have him check my profile for my YAHOO MESS ill be glad to talk to him

Hello Ronald and Elvira, thank you for the response and for giving some tips and guide. I starting to fill up the DS230 and I already done. Yes, I am gathering some documents that I needed to NVC and to my interview so soon. Do wee need to file also some of our documents like chat logs, call logs, receipts for money transfer and etc. to NVC? Yeah, I-864 form (Affidavit to support) my husband is the one who fill up this? how about DS 3032 form is that for me to fill up?

Thank you so much for your response.

Hello

Thats great your getting your paperwork done ahead make sure you check this pages in VJ

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Jame%27s_Shortcut#DS-3032

there is a way to Send DS3032 via Email and speed up the process

the DS3032 has to be send from your email

as soon as you get a case number have your husband call the NVC to give them his email address and phone number

that way they will send request info for DS3032 to him and you so you have the info about DS3032 and what to do

Yes the I864 your husband prepares and make sure he makes extra copies of everything he send and also SIGN All your documents with BLUE INK

Also once you have your NVC case number Put that number in upper right corner of every piece of paper th

at you send to the NVC that just in case the paperwork get separated some how.

Make sure to get plenty of VISA Photos as per the NVC Guide lines

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html

As for the Phone logs and Emails and money accounts documents Those you will take to the Interview as proof of on going relationship so their important to have them ready for your interview

Guys good luck and God Bless I know things will be moving quicker than you think

Always and Forever

Ronald & Elvira Williams and Ronny Jr.

Hello! I was reading all the posts from this forum and I wanted to say that I definitely know what everyone is going through. Unfortunately it's such a long process and a LOT of waiting. I don't quite understand how USCIS goes about processing I-130s. I know with some people that it took about 45 days to get the I-130 approved and some that took 3 months (like mine). Anyway, everyone just hang in there. I suggest that everyone that is waiting for the I-130 approval, to start preparing documents for NVC right now, that way it will speed up the process a lit bit if you have everything ready. Unforunately I learned about this site after I arrived at NVC and I didn't realize the documents that I needed to submit to them beforehand (at the USCIS stage). Getting the documents needed for NVC and having my husband mail the documents to me took a while and we lost some time with that. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask me. Good luck and hope that everyone hears some good news soon.

My NVC Journey:

April 5, 2010 - AOS Fee Bill received

April 6, 2010 - Paid AOS Bill

April 8, 2010 - AOS packet sent

April 9, 2010 - AOS packed delivered to NVC via express mail

April 10, 2010 - AVR updated to reflect AOS packet received

April 16, 2010 - AVR updated to reflect DS3032 received

April 19, 2010 - IV Fee Bill paid online

April 20, 2010 - AVR updates to awaiting DS230 package

May 3, 2010 - Mailed DS-230 and all docs required with it via express mail

May 4, 2010 - DS-230 package delivered to NVC via express mail

May 11, 2010 - NVC receives complete DS-230 package

May 12, 2010 - AVR changes to "Checklist received on May 11"

May 18, 2010 - SIF (called up NVC just to confirm)

May 19, 2010 - AVR updated to say Case Complete on May 18

May 24, 2010 - Interview appointment assigned for July 16 as per operator, also received appointment letter via email from NVC

May 29, 2010 - AVR updated to say that case was forwarded on May 28, 2010 to Mumbai Consulate

June 9, 2010 - Medical (went for appointment and all cleared)

July 16, 2010 - Interview appointment in Mumbai
