Hello! Now I am in the right FORUM.......Well I posted it in CR1 and that was my mistake.....When in the Affidavit of Support aks about your income this is your income from 2009? because I did work last year and had my income....however I can't count this year because now I am taking care of my son. My husban's income the same from 2009? I do have a land under my name , i own a 2009 car and i have some savings.

Our taxes last year was about 80,000 so i don't know if we will qualify for my mom's petition. I was told that it is 3 times for the household property guidelenes? I am so confused. Can anybody please help me out?
