By the way our I130 has been touched 3 times now in less than 1 week. The dates have changed 3 times now how exciting this is to know. I hope it means something good for us. We too have been married 2.5 years and hoping to be together soon inshallah.

This is concerning my husband’s files returned to U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service Center at Missouri after my husband’s interview on April 11, 2005 with Embassy at Casablanca Morocco.

I would like to request status to my husband’s files since we haven’t heard anything from U.S. CIS Missouri Service Center nor from Casablanca Morocco.

We have been waiting for so many months and thought his files were all approved by Immigration and National Visa Center according to letters I received.

can one help me or give some information about our status becuse we wait long time and we dont know period of waiting ???

Hi. Welcome to VJ.

The expected date of adjucation that is in your timeline will change based on information that other members enter into their timelines. So if a bunch of people get approved, your time will change. Also USCIS changes their processing times as well, however they are not always accurate.

Hope you are approved soon and hope you can see your SO as soon as possible :)

By the looks of your side notes it sounds like you have some pretty heavy things going on. Can you take the time to fill in your timeline?

FYI, our case was touched on 7/24, 7/25, 8/1, and 8/7. Things are finally starting to happen! I hope this is good for you too, but I am curious how much you know about returned petitions such as yours. Do you realize that you will probably be receiving the Notice of Intent to Revoke? Are you prepared to respond?
