I'm going to disagree a bit with that...you'll have these pics for the rest of your lives....don't give yourself the oppty to be all 'I really should have dieted more'

Not saying you're not going to look gorg...cos you will! ...but I know how *I* think, and that would be my thought, lol

LOL @ LisaD - I was going to post the same thing but you beat me to it :P

Basically, do the best you can to lose as much as you can in 9 days so you will have no regrets later.

Good luck! (F)

But I agree... not at the expense of making yourself physically ill. Your body will tell you if you're overdoing it.

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Yeah... that's why I gave up at day 3. I was so sick... migraines and everything. But you've got to go with what works for your body!

Um yes, SBD! SBD! I fourth or fifth that. Most people feel great, and it's SOOOOOO effective. I did it over the weekend and now my engagement ring is loose and my cheekbones are popping out of my face (but not in a scary way, I hope). Word.

just a suggestion. im not sure how much you need to lose though but somehow try to keep the calories down to 1000-1200. eat five meals a day. make sure you have something for breakfast, within an hour of waking up. i usually have oatmeal. avoid putting too much sugar in it if you can. eat a fruit or a health bar for mid morning snack. have your carbs but please choose the healhty ones for lunch.... i eat like a light sammich with wheat bread instead of the white variety. if you must have potatoes try not to fry them. baked maybe? with light sourcream and some magarine and some cheese should do the trick. afternoon snack i eat a peach, banna or apple or a healthbar. im pretty full by about 4, i usually want to skip dinner but DONT so your body wont think it is hungry.... have a light dinner. a salad or something leaning towards fiber and protein. avoid carbs at night. and drink lots of water 8-10 glasses a day. try to fit some excercise, walking for 20 mins should be okay... dont overdo it...

i hope this helps.... i dont know how much weight in pounds ive actually lost but my friends all say i have lost weight. my clothes fit better .

Extreme weight loss = not healthy

still here it goes:

Breakfast

if you drink coffee then one cup of black coffee with no sugar no cream no nothing

if you don't drink coffee then one cup of tea with no sugar

Lunch

2 boiled eggs

2 cups spinach

(I just can't eat boiled eggs every single day. Still I substituted the eggs with tomatoes/salads/ even yogurt)

Dinner

one chicken breast with salad (no dressing/ can substitute chicken with fish)

Fridays:

eat anything you want just small portions. (I guess for only 9 days I would not follow this)

ALL DAY /Between this so called MEALS  drink lots of water with squeezed lemon in it.

Extreme......you will feel hungry most (all) of the time but guaranteed to lose alot in short time...20 lbs in 2 weeks...

Problem is, you're under the minimum calorie limit and that's unhealthy-wouldn't want to collapse in the aisle at your wedding!

It is true, I have started this so called diet on Thursday and right now 7 pounds off. I have altered it a bit though to add about 300 more calories
