Me and my Fiancee would like to marry and start a life together in the US at California.

She is Us citizen I'm hungarian but I live in England.

Our question is: we would like to be finally together, how can we speed up things if we marry first and apply for the I-130 and the work permit?

Or we have to apply for the fiancee visa ( aprox takes 6 month... ) and after the I-130...

The other problem as well if the already married option is better wich country doesn't ask from an Us citizen to get a fiancee visa to marry?

We had been apart from each other so long...

We would apreciate all of the advice or help anything related this matter.

Thanks Zol and Heidi

To Start, the process and time is different when applying for a K-1 or CR-1 and the estimated time for fiancée visa [6 month] is not accurate.. you should estimate around 8 - 9 month to be safe..

Expenses: is my understanding the process for CR-1 is less costly than a K-1 Fiancé visa.. Timing for this process may take a little longer

Both are worth the time and exercise it is a matter of choice and expense..

best of luck

The comparison chart for different types of visas is here at http://www.visajourney.com/content/compare

Remember this is for a mere reference. The length for wait is case by case.

I know you would like to be together with your fiancee as soon as possible, but this is the time you have to wait with great patience so you can have happily-ever-after later on.

In general, you don't need a fiance visa just to get married in any country as long as you go back to the county of your residence or origin (Correct me if I am wrong). If you would like to just get married in the US and go back to UK, you can use VWP. Just make sure to provide strong ties to UK when you enter the US. If you would like to get married in UK or Hungary, check with whatever authority that deals with visas for foreigners.
