Illegal Immigrants use their kids born in the US so that they can stay in the US. And we, the taxpayers, pay for the food stamp,healthcare,education. So, is that fair to us???? Laws in AZ about Illegal Immigrants should be applied to all states in the US.

Well ask your congressperson to make a request for an amendment to the US Constitution. I am not expressing an opinion for or against Arizona, I am simply saying as the Constitution is written now anyone born on US soil is automatically a citizen.

Wouldn't it be the same thing?????

My cousin had a baby in the UK and she is a french citizen and she could not register him as a british citizen. So he is a french citizen the was born in UK but is not considered a UK citizen. Soon this is going to trickle to America because of the heavy burden of hospital fees, education and public assistance the illegal immigrants place on an already struggling economy. Unfairness and be viewed from both sides of the coin in this case.

Read Article 14 of the US Constitution. It can't be done.

Article 14 was written in 1868, after the Civil War giving citizens rights to ex-slaves. Definitely is time to ammend the Article.

Mexico does not mess around on Immigration, I have been through a check point.

Article 14 does not give that right, a current interpretation does. So no need to amend the article.
