Hi, I am new here. This is my first time to post here.

I just want to know if I do need to pay some amount at BDO for my interview? I am confused because I had a friend who had applied for K1 visa last two years ago, she told me that I need to pay at BDO for my interview, amounting of 650.00. Since our case is different because we are applying for CR1.I just want to make sure that we have paid all the needed fees for this application. But as I read some of the guidelines for visa application, nothing said like that. If ever I need to pay, what are the documents I need to take when I go to BDO?

Thank you and God Bless...

For the K1, YES, you do have to pay a visa interview fee of $350USD (equivalent to PHP). The price has since gone up. In your case for the CR1, I'm not sure if there is a fee. If it doesn't state any payment on your notification for interview (approval) letter then I wouldn't worry about it. Hopefully someone in the same boat as you will be able to provide better info....Good luck!
