STILL WE DIDN'T GET THE EMPLOYMENT LETTER. THE PERSON WANTS TO SEND THE LETTER IS DELAYING TO SEND.WE DON'T HAVE PAY STUBS.MY HUSBAND WORKING FOR HIM FOR LAST 5 YEARS IN SRI LANKA. NOW WE WORRYING ABOUT THE LETTER :( . EVERYDAY MY HUSBAND CHECKING WITH HIM ABOUT THE LETTER. STILL WE EXPECTING HIM TO SEND TO US.COZ I NEED TO BRING THIS TO INTERVIEW.

IF WE DIDN'T RECEIVE WHAT ELSE WE CAN DO? EXPLAINING THE SITUATION TO CONSULAR OFFICE?

PLS ANY SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM?

Send in 6 months of your husbands bank statements... instead showing his checks being deposited. Then write them a letter explaining you have no stubs and here are the times of his paycheck going into the bank and highlight them. If he has $ in the bank (doesn't have to be a lot),and never any overdrafts and 3 years of tax returns he should be fine! Good luck!

isn't there any other person who can write the letter for you?? even a coworker or something?

Sometime people are lazy, busy or they are not sure what to write, maybe you can write the letter and than have them review it and sign it if they agree. Ask them if they are willing to do this and if they say it's o.k. than go ahead and write your letter.

4/20/2010 - NVC email with AOS and IV bill

5/21/2010 - IV pack mailed to NVC

5/28/2010 - NVC received IV packet

6/10/2010 - SIF & RFE (for PCC different for Sir Lanka)
