Here's the list of forms that you'll need to submit before or at your interview in embassy:

*DS-156

*DS-156K

*DS-157

*DS-158

*DS-230

plus

*Affidavit of Support I-134

*New ''Intent to marry'' letter (the same one you send to USCIS only this one has to be with a closer date and addressed to embassy/consulate of your fiance(e)'s country)

*Copy of your NOA2

*Other documents required by embassy (Police certificate(s), divorce decree etc.)

In some countries is required for everybody, in some countries just for male aplicants only so it depends what consulate you`re dealing with (couldn`t find it in you`re profile).
