DS-230 Part II Not Required at Montreal Interview?

Hi Vjers,

I was wondering if anyone has been in similar circumstances.

I have my interview in Montreal on Wednesday, and in gathering the documents for the interview, I noticed that the letter by the DS-230 Part II is 'F', which according to the legend means 'this form is not necessary for this application.' Does this mean that I can expect to be denied at the interview if it's stating that the DS-230 Part II is not necessary? I'm thinking this might be the case as I am assuming that if the visa is approved at the interview, I would have to swear the bottom portion of the DS-230 Part II and therefore the DS-230 Part II would be required.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated, as I'm stressing a bit on this point....

You already sent in DS-230 at the NVC stage which they have already, but for the interview you should bring all the copies of everything you sent to USCIS + NVC just incase. I am sending everything I sent to USCIS + NVC to my wife for her interview just to be on the safe side.

Once you get approved, they will make you sign the 2nd part of the DS-230 which they have already with them. Goodluck on the interview

I signed Part II of the DS-230 at my interview in Montreal during the interview process. I did take a copy of all of the forms I had submitted throughout the process (I-130, G-325A, DS-230, I-864) but did not need them. Good luck!
