What do you put if you have no middle name?

The form say's to answer all questions. Telling you to put "none" or N/A in place of blank answers. I wrote "none" and sent in a supplement to the questions stating that my fiancee had no middle name, just incase we're dealing with a low IQ adjudicator :whistle: . But, if you leave a question blank, they could view it as a mistake or you forgot to answer the question, then they would need clarification with an RFE. I'm not saying you would get an RFE for sure, but it's possible. I would answer the question with N/A or "none" and add a supplement regarding the question. I did a supplement for the I-129F and the G-325A. ohh yeah! I'm #######!!
