My check was sent out to Lewisville, TX.Give it about 10-14 days.Have more patience! (easier said, than done)

Well ladies and gentlemen, I finally sent my K-1 Visa package on Saturday (June 12th) via Express mail costing me a whopping 50 dollars . But that's peanuts to have my "vida" with me. Today I know it must have reached there even though USPS is telling me the tracking code isnt available at this moment in time online!!! Wish us luck guys, I get nervous just thinking of an RFE since I don;t have much time to waste (In the Army and I've been told the unit I am going to will deploy sometime in the future).

For all those that know my story, she finally decided to just come over and get married here civil, and then later down the road have the beautiful ceremony in her home country with her family and friends. YAY!

Again, WISH US LUCK and I'll def. keep you all posted on our process

Thank you Thank you! I need to call that number to rush my visa since I have an 80% chance of deployment but these classes have been taking so long to get out (1800 or so).

About that Transition thing, if you say its from April-May why would it affecting my June date?

Check that I just read it. That's horrible... way to get delayed even more at this point in time. I hope they really don't take much longer than necessary. They (USCIS) haven't posted anything new for forms or addresses correct?

The check not being cashed for several days is normal.....I know that VSC is a little slower on things like that but dont worry they will cash it...I sent my app on the 7th of April and they didnt cash the check until the 12th of April so that is normal.....GOOD LUCK on your journey

Thank you !!! So for sure its 100% I am getting deployed in January, I'm put in such a hard spot here... I cannot have her wait for another year and I feel as if that happens our relationship will end Please help me God with this visa I am going to call to see/have it rushed since I am in deployment status.... I swear I will do anything to have her here as soon as possible !

well just called that military number, just for everyone out there, you cannot get it expedited till you have the NOA1 on your hands, I have to wait till then it could take 30 days !! buoooo
