time span from paying IV Bill to receiving DS-230 packet in the mail?

Hello,

I paid the IV Bill on May 14th and payment cleared a few days later. I have yet to receive the DS-230. What is the typical wait time to receive the packet in the mail? Should I just move forward and send a filled out PDF form?

Anyway, you just print the barcoded sheet after you pay, fill in the DS-230, include the documents required and send it off, no need to wait for anything.

No, print the cover sheet for the beneficiary documents and use it. This is not a K1 issue. It is CR1 or IR1.

Yes it is, it is also a duplicate thread, thought maybe a mod would merge it - however I will move it from K1 to NVC.
