Roughly how long will this process take

How Long do you think it will take for my wife to be here in the u.s. with me?, just an approximation, I got my first NOA today, anybody else on there first NOA?

I sent it out June 1st and they received it June 3rd

If you're a USC, you can bank on her being here in 7/8 months if everything goes smoothly and as they have been going for the last months. But realistically you should expect 5 mos on USCIS, 2 mos on NVC, 2 months on Embassy/Consulate. So About 9 months to a year. You could get it much sooner or much later.

I'd say the average is about 9 months when it's all said and done.

It took us around 65 days from i-130 file to NOA2.

Total time for us so far from filing the I-130 to getting the July 2nd 2010 appointment date is around 6 months.

like others say, don't expect anything less than 5 months. the fastest the USCIS goes is usually about 50-60 days. that is if that goes fast. most people take closer to 100 days at the USCIS.

you can get through the NVC is about 1 months if you have all your documents ready early and sent in right away. and if nothing goes wrong. odds are there will be some bumps in the road though.

estimate about 7 or 8 months.
