I sent my package on June 3rd,2010 and it delivered the next day.Today I just got the 3NOAs.It was dated on the 9th and mailed the same day.

My question is what is the meaning of I-485,I-130 and I-765 touched.I have been following this thread and I have seen many people putting touched on their profile. Please let me know.

The moment I received the 3NOAs,I went to the USCIS.GOV to track my case status. But the receipt I entered for from my NOAs hasnt not been updated to the database. So I called the uscis customer phone line and they said it will be updated within 30days.I just want to know if anyone has experience this before.

Don't worry, it took mine about a week to show up in the system. Being 'touched' means that, when you can view your cases online, the 'last updated' date changes to today's date, which means they have done something (not necessarily something important) with your file. Mine was 'touched' the day after my biometrics, showing simply that they had updated my file with the biometrics. The I-765 was then touched on 06/03/10 for no discernible reason.

You sent in your package June 3rd and you have three NOA's!? I sent mine in june 1st and I only have one, can you explain why you are moving so fast? Im doing the cr1 visa

Mikhail, elus is doing an Adjustment of Status. He has received an NOA1 for each of his I-485, I-130, and I-765 (ie: three NOA1s). It is a different process than the CR-1, done within the US.
