Hello Everyone! I am so sorry keep posting new topics, I am so familiar with status adjustment than this process since I came under K3. This petition is for my Mom and today i got an email from NVC asking me to pay a fee and i already did it and the other thing is asking me to fill out Choice of Address and my mom lives abroud so Do i have to fill this out behalf of her or i don't need to fill this out??? It is an attorney is going to take care of this or an agent i guess we don't need to fill this out?

prolly choice of Agent, the DS-3032.

Your mom needs to fill this out, sign it, if she wants to appoint you as 'the agent' to handle further paperwork processing at NVC.

Are you using the online payment portal, at all ? http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221785-ds-3032-slowdown/page__view__findpost__p__3560467

There is also EMAIL TEMPLATE for the DS-3032, sends off an ascii text version of the same info covered in the DS-3032 form, see http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

ps - in future, so we don't moan much at loss of yer time, please differentiate mail - email vs postal mail, ya ?

You always have an answer for me. Thank you so much. People from NVC were very helpful as well. One of my best friend works for NVC. I paid the 70.00 and then i had my mom to sign it up and scan it back to me. They told me that she could do it ....that way it goes faster. Thanks
