My fiancé and I are planning on getting married but my visa is expiring soon and so if we get married, we wont be able to file our forms (AOS, I-130, etc.) before it expires. Was wondering if we were to get married, would it be possible for me to stay is in The States with my husband and work on filing our forms, even though my visa will have already expired by then?

Theoretically.... but when your I-94 expires and until you have submitted the I-130/I-485 you would be accruing "out of status" time and be subject to deportation. Nobody will come looking for you but you are best advised to get it done ASAP.
