Do you know telephone number to USCIS Customer Service, because I would like talk with human not AVR

"Hours of Operation

Customers can access automated information through a menu of automated options 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During regular business hours, customers who need more information or assistance can be transferred to a customer service representative.

Live assistance is available Monday through Friday as follows:

Customers calling from Alaska: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time;

Customers calling from Hawaii: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time;

Customers calling from Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time;

Customers calling from anywhere else in the United States: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time.

I haven't called yet myself, since it has not been 30 days since I entered but I'm thinking there's an option on the AVR to speak to a human during the times listed?

I called (using that #) -- I was told card production has definitely not been ordered and that I should wait for another 2 weeks before scheduling an INFOPASS appointment. Lord, this is so frustrating and I'm so sick and tired of this nonstop BS. They said it's a possibility that the airport still hasn't sent the package. He said it was definitely weird because the 'welcome letters' usually go out in 3-4 weeks.

Lukas--what was your wife's POE?

I'm also starting to get very frustrated, I haven't even recieved my SSN yet.. Going to drive up to the closest SS-office on friday, a lovely hour away.

Hopefully I'll be able to get a number..

The welcome letter is sent to people after their AOS (I-485) is approved. Not for POE.

A bit wrong, aren't you? As a DCF-er - CR-1 I received not one, but 3 Welcome letters from USCIS in the period of 4-5 months.

I feel an INFOPass coming on. I'm going to wait another 2 weeks and then schedule it. It's 3 hours away so I hope something comes in the mail soon.

My wife received her GC right around a month after she arrived in the US. There was the Memorial day holiday recently. That may have slowed things up a bit. Hopefully you haven't moved since you submitted I-130. I submitted I-130 with my address. I moved before I filed DS-230. I filed DS-230 with my new address, but they still sent the card to my old address. Thank god it was my father's address. I did file AR-11, but seems they ignored it.

What worries me is that I've not received the 'welcome letter' yet and the card production has not been ordered as of today -- day # 33 since POE.

I did change my address at POE and filed the AR-11 online but I'm not worried 'bout that since the address on the DS230 was my in-laws' address.

Is there anyway to find out whether the airport has sent the package to USCIS yet?

I had called Chicago CBP, they said something about 'airports being busy.'
