I would suggest to keep calling the NVC. I ran into a NVC CSR who tried to tell me my wife's petition was received and forwarded the same day. Knowing that NVC takes at least three days to process a K visa petition after they receive it I kept calling until someone was able to give me a MNL number.

CSC or VSC will send the approved petitions to the NVC when the shipping truck or container makes a full load. This can be a short as a few days and as long as 30 dats or more.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

I agree with edp333...keep calling the NVC every day and ask them to give you your MNL number. Then, call them every day to find out whether your packet has been sent to Manila. After your packet leaves NVC, wait about ten business days, giving your packet time to reach the Embassy and for the Embassy to enter it into their system. Then, call the Embassy Call Center every day until they allow you to make an interview appointment. You will use your MNL number to make the interview appointment. If the Embassy Call Center asks you whether the beneficiary has received a notification letter from the Embassy...tell them YES. Then, pick an interview date from the days that they tell you are available.

Did you specifically ask the NVC for your MNL number? Did you specifically ask the NVC if your case is in Administrative Processing? If not, I would suggest that you do so. Speak to a supervisor if necessary.

That is exactly the same thing that had happened to us.Except our time line is kinda abnormal.Approval then back to USCIS then RFE then Approval again..LOL!We received 2 notice letter last april 3 the Re affirmed notice plus that idiot letter saying that our case is forwarded to the listed consulate. But that is just a BIG FAT LIE!Look at our time line, its just recently that USCIS sends our papers to NVC even they send us an approval notice last april 6.And I'm so glad that the embassy in Manila already have the electronic copy of our papers.I'll look for my old posts maybe the replies there will help you.I do hope yours will go fast.I've been in your shoes once.i did emailed, called the direct line of the embassy and so many other things you can imagine! We even had lots of arguments about all this. But everything will go to an end..GOOD LUCK!

Just be patient. You and your fiancee should be getting letters from the Embassy with the MNL number. In the meantime both of you should start preparing the other DS paperwork and affidavit of support documents.
