Hi everyone!

I think this a very valuable information:

I have sent my AOS package WITHOUT form I-693. If you read the instructions to put the package together you will see that I-693 is not necessary for K1 applicants if it hasn't been a year from the last medical. I only sent a copy of the vaccination report (which was incomplete since some information was lost). My AOS was approved in less than 2 months - I applied on 14 March and I got my aproval on 11 May. I just got my GC last week.

Now, if you think about it, even if they decide not to process the file without I-693, the worst thing that may happen is that you get a RFE which will delay the proces by 2 to 4 weeks. Not that bad, huh?

Good luck everyone! Hope this information will save you time and money!
