Hey guys, I've been monitoring my recent mail to USCIS (through USPS) and finally got an update after waiting more than a week. I'm not sure if its good news or bad but I'm wondering if any of you can give me advice on what to do next. I try to access the link to check the notice but I get an error and the webpage will not come up to view. Please help guys. I have a weird feeling my application will be even more delayed. Does the notice by any chance have something to do with the "USCIS Transitions the Intake Function from the Service Centers to its Lockbox Network for Several Benefit Requests" (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=097fb85dc4bc8210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=68439c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD)??

I'm starting to worry now....

Here's the tracking message from USPS:

I could be overreacting. Is this the Notice of Action 1? BTW, I haven't called yet to verify but I will do so first thing Monday 6/14 morning. Thanks for the help.....

This is not NOA1. Did you request a signature on delivery? That could be the problem as this is only a PO box. I had the same problem when I sent my application for a new passport. Hopefully the person who picks up the mail from the PO box will sign the request and your package will be taken to USCIS. That is what happened with my passport application. It was slightly delayed but was delivered after a couple of days to the passport office. I suggest you contact USPS tomorrow to ensure that they will indeed attempt to redeliver your package or perhaps you can request that they leave it without a signature. Good luck!

relax - it will be redelivered on Monday and Tuesday - is some problem for 'confirmed delivery', no one in CSC office on the 13th, to accept the delivery. 'Return Receipt' - requires signature, as well.

This is NOT the NOA-1, at all.

Strange though - why not send it USPS Priority with tracking ? Not need signature, not need delivery confirmation, all of that stuff delays the shipment (as you are now learning )

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Wheww! Thanks for clarifying. Yeah I figured that. USCIS was closed yesterday. Hopefully they will try to deliver again today like you said. I'll check tonight.
