A 'caregiver' would fall under the employment category. You would have to go through the process of labor certification, offer the job publicly, and a few months and several thousand dollars later, assuming there was nobody among the about 300,000,000 Americans able to do what your nephew can do for you, he had a shot.

Otherwise, no, that's not possible. Jobs are first and foremost for Americans and LPRs, not foreigners. People who have a shot are top-notch professionals in their field, with at least a Master's but often a Doctorate degree.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . Hello,

Can a disabled US citizen petition for a relative (nephew, he is currently in USA) for caregiver? such as employment authorization or any other application?

Thank You for your help

Is he a qualified nurse?
