HI there, am new here, but we filed on 24th June 2010, Got NOA2 showing Approval on 21st July, now we're waiting for it all to get moving!

02-date forgotten-2008: met online playing a game called lineage 2

06-17-2009: met in person for the first time!

06-26-2009: proposal <3

10-6-2009 through 11-3-2009: lived together for a month

03-24-2010 through 03-30-2010: traveled to meet his family

06-16-2010: started printing paperwork for I-129F package

06-25-2010: mailed off the I-129F package!!!

07-06-2010: NOA1 (according to the paper I hadn't got yet)

07-08-2010: check cashed

07-12-2010: hard copy NOA1 received in the mail

07-12-2010: touched

10-03-2010: touched

10-29-2010: NOA2!

11-08-2010: NVC received our petition

01-01-2011: called embassy as we never got packet 3. got "lost" in the mail. worst 2 months ever!

01-18-2011: medical! passed!

02-18-2011: INTERVIEW! APPROVED!!

03-02-2011: FLIGHT! POE: Dulles Airport!

03-09-2011: marriage certificate/license complete!

05-11-2011: mailed out AOS package (after a long fight getting the varicella vax done, and the medical paperwork completed)

05-13-2011: package delivered

08-11-2011: welcome to the united states notice! green card coming in 3 weeks!

I just got a letter from the London Embassy in the post today, directing me to their site to fill in all the next forms! Woohooo! Yes, our lines are similar so hopefully you will be hearing from them very soon too!

Just got my new case number from NVC hopefully everything moves fast, cant wait to meet ma sweetheart

Hi how did u get your case # from NVC? did you call or they sent you the notice?

I don't have the notice, I wonder if they would allow a phone call again to get the case #...

Hi how did u get your case # from NVC? did you call or they sent you the notice?

I don't have the notice, I wonder if they would allow a phone call again to get the case #...

I got the approval email on 2nd Aug and I called NVC on the number listed on their website on 4th August they said they had received the case, I asked for the case number and the operator gave it to me.

I got the approval email on 2nd Aug and I called NVC on the number listed on their website on 4th August they said they had received the case, I asked for the case number and the operator gave it to me.

Ahhh Thank you, juz like the last time. I had called for my case # as well and they gave it to me. it's juz that when I called again this time they

said I should juz wait for the letter.. hhmmzzz

You got the NOA2 in less than 1 month that's super fast! Lucky you... that's great for you!

We filed on June 30th, got the NOA1 on July 6th and now we're waiting for the NOA2!!! According to VJ, it's supposed to come at the beginning of September but we never know!

My fiance is still working on packet 3. Police check is on the way, and medical is scheduled. Hopefully he can send it in next week sometime and get an interview date soon. Waiting, waiting, waiting!

Packet 3 was mailed to the wrong address, but it is OK. The woman at the Embassy was quite nice and I asked a bunch of questions while I had her on the phone!

Three days till our interview!!!!! :dance::dance:

I'm so excited I can barely breathe. He's checked his folder full of paperwork over and over to make sure everything is in there, and that he knows what everything is.

No matter how short your timeline is, it always feels like forever, especially right at the end.

Good luck to those of you still waiting. Hopefully you'll get your interviews soon as well!! :thumbs:

APPROVED TODAY!!!!! :dance::dance:

His interview took HALF AN HOUR. We'd frontloaded everything so much that they only asked him for his birth certificate and police certificate and said, 'Ok, good to go!'
