WOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!! NOA2 Text Email Received today!!!!! Less than a month after getting NOA1... Someone MUST be watching over the June Filers, because they are cooking like Crisco Now!!! Good luck to everyone.. Im crossing my fingers for each and every one of you!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

Just received our NOA2 hardcopy in the mail!!! Yayayayay!! We didn't get an email and our uscis.gov account was never updated, but nonetheless we're approved wahoo!! good luck to everyone!! :dance::dance::lol::no::no::dance::thumbs:

02-date forgotten-2008: met online playing a game called lineage 2

06-17-2009: met in person for the first time!

06-26-2009: proposal <3

10-6-2009 through 11-3-2009: lived together for a month

03-24-2010 through 03-30-2010: traveled to meet his family

06-16-2010: started printing paperwork for I-129F package

06-25-2010: mailed off the I-129F package!!!

07-06-2010: NOA1 (according to the paper I hadn't got yet)

07-08-2010: check cashed

07-12-2010: hard copy NOA1 received in the mail

07-12-2010: touched

10-03-2010: touched

10-29-2010: NOA2!

11-08-2010: NVC received our petition

01-01-2011: called embassy as we never got packet 3. got "lost" in the mail. worst 2 months ever!

01-18-2011: medical! passed!

02-18-2011: INTERVIEW! APPROVED!!

03-02-2011: FLIGHT! POE: Dulles Airport!

03-09-2011: marriage certificate/license complete!

05-11-2011: mailed out AOS package (after a long fight getting the varicella vax done, and the medical paperwork completed)

05-13-2011: package delivered

08-11-2011: welcome to the united states notice! green card coming in 3 weeks!

i'm pretty sure yours is on its way too... :-) it took us 2 1/2 years to be able to file ours since i had issues to resolve first, so after, almost 3 years of bein together... 5 visits here in our country and 1 baby, finally we are able to do it.. and now we're just counting months to be together. :) one thing i've learned in this whole great journey is that... good things come to those who wait :)

June 02, 2010 - filed K1 visa...

June 07, 2010 - package delivered to USCIS

June 11, 2010 - date of NOA1 but with wrong receipt number and it was transferred from CSC to VSC

June 14, 2010 - check cleared

June 17, 2010 - touched

I hate waiting...:P

Same thing happened to us! Received hardcopy NOA2 in mail dated July 19, but did not receive an email, text, or adjustment on USCIS website. Not that I'm complaining about being approved... So as far as I understand now the paperwork gets sent to the NVC and on to the consulate in Sydney. How do I check to see when the NVC receives/sends out my paperwork? This is all happening so quickly, my fiance hasn't even started his medical and police check yet. Dare I hope he be in New Orleans by Halloween?!?

Same thing happened to us! Received hardcopy NOA2 in mail dated July 19, but did not receive an email, text, or adjustment on USCIS website. Not that I'm complaining about being approved... So as far as I understand now the paperwork gets sent to the NVC and on to the consulate in Sydney. How do I check to see when the NVC receives/sends out my paperwork? This is all happening so quickly, my fiance hasn't even started his medical and police check yet. Dare I hope he be in New Orleans by Halloween?!?

No kidding, everything is going much faster than we planned! :wow: Definitely not complaining though, just thanking our lucky stars! :star::star: We received a notice by mail (again nothing on the USCIS website has changed) that said everything had already been sent to the consulate in Buenos Aires. From what I've been reading on other people's posts, the only way to find out if they received it is by actually calling the consulate yourself about a week or so after you receive notice its been sent by NVC. I may be wrong about that, but that's what I believe I've been reading. Then once the consulate in your fiance's country receives your packet, then I believe they send your fiance a list of instructions of everything he needs to do, and that's when they assume he will start the medical and police checks. So I wouldn't worry that he has not gotten those things checked out yet, I assume you guys still have a lot of time. Congratulations!! :dance: It's a wonderful feeling to know you'll be with your love soon :)

7/19/2010 - NOA2!! website was never updated but we recv'd the hardcopy notifying us on the 24th of July.

7/22/2010 - Recv'd by NVC

7/22/2010 - Sent to Embassy

8/2/2010 - Recv'd by Embassy in Buenos Aires and they sent us an email with the packet 3 instructions!

8/12/2010 - Medical Examination done!

9/6/2010- Sent Packet 3 by mail to Embassy

9/10/2010 - RFE ugh

9/20/2010 - Sent in all correct documents

10/7/2010 - FINALLY received interview date!!! Oct. 21st!!

10/21/2010- He passed the interview! Woohoo!!

12/3/2010- Bruno arrives to Houston!

12/19/2010- Our Wedding day :-)

12/21/2010- Sent all forms for AOS, EAD & Advance Parole

12/23/2010- NOA 1 received

1/24/2011 - Biometrics appointment

Finally after 59 days got an email frm uscis tht petition has been approved

I wonder if there is way to track petition from uscis to nvc

Happy dance!!! :dance: Received Packet 3 via email today.

Sending in Part I of the DS-230 soon and scheduling the police check and medical asap. Unfortunately, I'm with my honey in Australia, so cannot get all the info I need for the I-134, but will get on that as soon as I'm home in 2 weeks.

This is all happening so fast!!!

Just got my new case number from NVC hopefully everything moves fast, cant wait to meet ma sweetheart

Yes it DOES move fast after it hits NVC.... I got a letter from USCIS saying theyd sent my case to NVC last weekend, I called NVC today, Its already GONE TO THE EMBASSY! Make sure you guys get things ready NOW because it happens really fast after you get the initial approval! Best of luck!!! :thumbs:

HI there, am new here, but we filed on 24th June 2010, Got NOA2 showing Approval on 21st July, now we're waiting for it all to get moving!
